Feedback From Our Clients
"The Computer Vision workshop was more grounded than I expected. The facilitator drew directly from manufacturing scenarios β not generic tech examples β and my engineering team found it genuinely useful. We came away with a clearer sense of where we might apply this and what the realistic constraints are."
Ahmad Mustaqim
Operations Manager Β· Shah Alam
February 2026
"The Ethics and Governance training gave our board the vocabulary and the frameworks to have a proper conversation about AI policy. Before this, every discussion went in circles because we lacked a shared baseline. Now we have a working governance document and a clearer process for evaluating new AI tools before deployment."
Lim Shu Ying
Chief Risk Officer Β· Kuala Lumpur

"Padu Minds set up our invoice processing system in just under three weeks. The thing that stood out was how much time they spent understanding our document formats before touching any tooling β the accuracy on go-live was noticeably better than what we had seen from previous automation attempts."
Priya Krishnamurthy
Head of Finance Β· Petaling Jaya

"What I appreciated most was that Firdaus was upfront about what the technology could and could not do. We had looked at computer vision for security monitoring for over a year without moving forward β largely because vendors oversold the capabilities. Padu Minds helped us understand the realistic picture, and we made better decisions as a result."
Zainal Rashid
Facilities Director Β· Seremban

"We brought in Padu Minds to run the Ethics training for our IT and HR teams simultaneously. Nurul tailored the session well to the different concerns of each group β IT were focused on data security, HR on recruitment bias β and the shared session at the end was particularly valuable for aligning them."
Nor Izzati Hamdan
Head of People & Culture Β· Cyberjaya

"The contract processing setup has saved us around twelve hours of manual review work per week. Rajesh was meticulous about testing edge cases β things like contracts with handwritten annotations or unusual formatting β and the system handles them reliably. The handover documentation was thorough enough that our internal team could manage it independently."
Chong Teck Wai

Three Engagements, In Their Own Words
Challenge
A mid-sized automotive parts manufacturer in Shah Alam was experiencing quality control inconsistencies on the production line. Manual inspection was slow and error rates were higher than tolerable, but the team had no experience with AI tooling and was uncertain where to start.
Solution
We ran a two-day Computer Vision workshop with the engineering and quality assurance teams, followed by a structured evaluation exercise where participants mapped specific detection tasks to appropriate tool types. The company left with a scoped pilot plan they could take to their IT team.
Result
Within three months of the workshop, the team had run an internal pilot on one production line. Detection accuracy for surface defects exceeded their manual baseline by around 18%, and the programme expanded to a second line within the same quarter.
"We had talked about computer vision for two years. Padu Minds got us from talking to doing in two days." β Engineering Manager
Challenge
A logistics firm in Subang was processing over 2,000 waybills and delivery documents weekly through a largely manual data entry workflow. Errors were frequent, and the team was spending significant time on re-work. Previous RPA attempts had failed because documents varied too widely in format.
Solution
We conducted a three-week Smart Document Processing setup, beginning with a full audit of document variation across suppliers. Model training was done on a representative sample covering 14 document templates, with integration into their existing TMS system and a parallel-run validation period before go-live.
Result
The system now processes 94% of incoming documents without manual intervention. Data entry errors fell by approximately 76% in the first month post-launch. The operations team redirected the freed-up time to customer service and exception handling.
"The ROI conversation became very easy about six weeks in." β Operations Director
Challenge
A government-linked company in Putrajaya was expanding its use of AI-powered tools across departments but had no internal governance structure in place. Leadership was concerned about regulatory exposure and the reputational risk of deploying AI without clear accountability lines.
Solution
We delivered the Ethics and Governance programme across two and a half days, split between leadership and technical tracks with a combined session on Day 3. Deliverables included a draft AI usage policy, a vendor evaluation checklist, and a bias review framework tailored to their specific AI tools.
Result
The organisation adopted a formal AI governance policy within six weeks of the training. Their legal and compliance team used the vendor checklist on their next procurement cycle and identified three areas requiring additional due diligence that had not been part of previous evaluations.
"What we got was a working document, not just awareness. That made all the difference." β Chief Digital Officer
